While at a concert in Sydney, performing Umberella Rihanna then ran off the stage and paramedics immediately rushed to her side. Chris Brown finished the song and ended the show. After which he immediately rushed backstage to be at Rihanna’s side. ( awww, tear ) Currently she remains at the hospital.
